Vignes was absolutely fantastic to work with! We looked at nearly 80 houses, and his patience and dedication were truly impressive. He took the time to understand our needs and provided valuable guidance throughout the entire process. His opinion and expertise were invaluable, and we appreciated his willingness to share his insights with us. From the initial house hunt to the closing date, Vignes was with us every step of the way, providing exceptional service and support. His professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm made a huge difference in our home-buying experience. I would highly recommend Vignes to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable realtor.

Our experience with Vignes was a wonderful one and we could not recommend him enough. We came to Vignes with the idea to downsize. From the first phone call to closing, Vignes was patient, understanding, and professional. During this stress filled time in our lives Vignes was a calming presence and often went out of his way to ensure our needs were taken care of even when he was “off the clock”. Vignes used his experience to make sure we were always making informed decisions and offer guidance on different types of houses we saw and what could come with each and every one of them. He always followed up with us on any information we requested and was very client first oriented. You could tell Vignes genuinely cared, not just about getting the job done but getting it done right and making sure we felt supported every step of the way. Thanks to his hard work and expertise it was a smooth experience and we would not hesitate to work with him again.

Vignes was extremely patient in helping us discover what we liked and wanted. As first time homebuyers we were not sure about the area or must-haves that we wanted and Vignes allowed us to view over 100 homes without pressure to buy. He was honest and made sure we put offers in on only good quality homes and in the end he helped us secure a great home at the best price in Toronto! We are extremely grateful for his help and guidance.

Working with Vignes as our real estate agent made our first home-buying experience as a married couple truly memorable and enjoyable. From the beginning, he impressed us with his extensive industry experience, broad network of contacts, and a genuine willingness to go above and beyond. His support and reassuring presence took so much pressure off our shoulders, and he was always just a call away whenever we had questions or needed advice. One of Vignes’ standout qualities is his “never give up” attitude and positive outlook, which clearly contribute to his success. He approached our purchase as though we were family, focusing on finding ways to save us money and ensuring we made the most practical choice for our future. When it came time to make an offer, he recommended a listing we hadn’t initially considered, but after touring it and hearing his insights, we knew it was the perfect fit. His attention to detail while inspecting listings is invaluable; he offers honest feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of each property, and he also takes the time to help us understand the neighborhood and its unique qualities. What truly sets Vignes apart, though, is his respect for our decisions. He never pushed us in any direction but encouraged us to make a clear-headed choice for our family. Vignes has truly become a trusted part of our lives, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his expertise, dedication, and friendship. If you’re looking for an agent who combines experience with genuine care and integrity, Vignes is the one to choose. We look forward to having him as part of our lives for many years to come!
